配合國家建設與世界知識經濟發展趨勢,強化專業核心課程,培育具備專業素養與整合知識、獨立思考之專業能力。落實產學合作機制,結合政府、產業資源及校友之社會資源,培養理論與實務並重之知能;並藉著實務之研討,養成學生終身學習之精神。

2.創意創新

培養學生具有系統化思維與分析能力,使學生運用新方法並透過新產品、新流程、新服務、新事業來創造價值,並具轉換現有知識領域到另一新領域之構想、行為或產品的能力。

視野

1.外語應用

培育學生能應用英文於專業領域,並能提升多種外文能力以因應資訊國際化全球化之發展。

2.多元文化

發展在文化多樣的環境裡,培養對文化多樣性價值的一種尊敬與欣賞的態度,了解與支持文化多樣性,認知多元文化的不同面向,獲得跨文化溝通的知能與智能,並能擁有效運作的多元文化的能力。

1.To operate in coordination with the trends of national development and world-wide development in knowledge and economy; to strengthen the core professionalism and creative courses; to develop professional disposition and independent thinking.
2.To implement university and industry liaison system and integrate resources from government, industry, and alumni to develop theoretical and practical knowledge; to cultivate the spirit of life-long learning through discussion in practical matters.

Creativity and Innovation

To cultivate students€?systematic thinking and analytical ability so that students can employ a new way to create value by designing new products, new process, new service and new business to create innovative abilities; additionally, students can be possessed of abilities to transfer the present knowledge into another new field with a new perspective.

Social Participation

To help students develop moral value and altruism; to develop the core values of communication, problem-solving, self-management, leadership, and coordination. To stimulate students€?enthusiasm with the social service so as to enhance students€?concern for society and upgrade students€?social intelligence.
